The AP-350 dressing and profiling machine is the successor to the AP-500, which has been or will be used hundreds of times in the market.
The concept of the AP-500 has been taken up and improved through innovative changes.
The hard rock base body, a very stable C-axis with flange-mounted rotary encoder and a high-precision mounted workpiece spindle ensure a high-precision dressing result.
The operator-supported HMI, the 19-inch industrial touch screen and a fully electronic C-axis clamping system with semi-automatic indexation enable fast and easy work on the machine.
The machine conforms to the highest possible safety level, which is made possible by NUM’s CNC control with integrated safety PLC and the upward opening protective hood. Injury-free and safe working is therefore no problem.
